PRILIMED 30 (Dapoxetine HCL) is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor that doctors prescribe to patients who have premature ejaculation issues. In a study conducted by PPD dapoxetine was able to prove itself by showing a significant increase in ejaculatory latency compared to placebo.PRILIMED comes in 30mg tablets containing Dapoxetine HCL and excipients.Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor which means it prevents the natural breakdown of serotonin so that its effects last longer. By elongating its duration of action, serotonin can then continue to delay ejaculation by inhibiting post synatic clefts.
One tablet should be taken daily.If the dosage isn’t followed accordingly, side effects may include nausea, insomnia headache diarrhea and dry mouth.PDE5 inhibitors and ethanol are two medications that shouldn’t be taken with PRILIMED 30.
