CLENOMED 40 (Clenbuterol HCL) is a bronchodilator used to treat reversible airway obstruction such as asthma and some cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Clenbuterol comes in clenbuterol 40mcg tablets which contain clenbuterol hydrochloride 40mcg plus excipients.Clenbuterol is a beta-2 agonist. In English: it stimulates beta-2 receptors, which results in opening the airways and relaxing the muscles. This is why clenbuterol HCL can serve as a decongestant and bronchodilator. It’s effects also make it useful in asthmatic patients and those with COPD.Recommended dosage for treating asthma is 20 - 30 mcg/day.Side effects include anxiety, tremors, headaches, excessive sweating, fever, palpitations or irregular heartbeat.Clenbuterol interacts with thiazides, spironolactone, theophylline, amphotericin B, corticosteroids and clozapine. Make sure to disclose all medications you’re on—herbal products and supplements included—before taking clenbuterol.
